Under the direction of business owner Scott Moreland, an innovative thinker with a background in computer science and military service, Encartele has steadily evolved alongside the corrections industry. Encartele is Founded
Encartele was founded through the merger of call center technology and inmate communications, bridging a key gap in the corrections industry. Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, the company has remained rooted in the Good Life State ever since.
